All DVS team members in the education, transition, and employment programs are teleworking, and are connected via phone and email, and can perform almost all direct-service activities for Veterans and their families during normal working hours.

The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program Bi-Annual Employer Assessment was developed to ensure that we provide employers with the tools and resources needed to improve the organization’s cultural competency and meet its hiring goals. Our program is undergoing an in-depth strategic planning process to identify and implement initiatives to provide employers with added education and support. In order for us to gauge the need and interests – please complete the survey no later than Friday, April 15th.

Thank you for the time you will commit to helping us accurately account for your participation and engagement in the V3 Program. This bi-annual assessment will be used to help us generate a list of partners to connect with as we launch new opportunities in the upcoming months. Additionally, we will use the feedback received from your submissions to evaluate if our program should offer additional resources or tweak upcoming plans.
